Kim Langone, PhD profile page

Kim Langone, PhD, is an accomplished R&D executive with 24 years of industry experience in biomarker discovery, translational medicine, and molecular diagnostics. Currently she is SVP R&D at Fellow Health Inc. and is exploring the molecular potential of seminal fluid as a novel liquid biopsy specimen type. Dr. Langone and team recently demonstrated the ability to detect clinically significant prostate cancer in seminal fluid utilizing an at-home collection kit and multi-omics technologies, in a large multi-center clinical study. Previously Dr. Langone served in senior leadership roles at CareDx, Talis Biomedical, Exact Sciences, and Genomic Health, where she played a central role in the discovery and validation of advanced diagnostic assays - most notably, the OncotypeDX® suite of tests for cancer prognosis and recurrence risk. Dr. Langone has deep expertise in biomarker discovery and has extensive knowledge of liquid biopsy technologies. A recognized industry expert, Dr. Langone is an inventor on several patents and has published in leading peer-reviewed journals. She is highly respected for her cross-disciplinary team building, innovation in regulated product development, and dedication to advancing precision medicine.
