
Postdoctoral researcher
Lei obtained a PhD degree in food science from McGill University in 2020. She then worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands, on microplastics analysis. Currently, she is leading a project in the laboratory of Prof. Stéphane Bayen at McGill University, on the development and optimization of a standardized non-targeted analysis approach to track various quality attributes of food simultaneously.
