Marco Reggiani, PhD profile page

Dr. Marco Reggiani is a research fellow at the University of Strathclyde, working across urban studies, sustainability, and inclusion in STEM research environments. His research examines how equity, diversity, and inclusion shape research cultures, organizational practices, and academic careers. He has led and contributed to mixed‑methods research on the experiences of women, LGBTQ+ people, and other marginalized groups in STEM and works closely with institutions and stakeholders to remove barriers to inclusion. He is a co‑founder of StrathPride, the University of Strathclyde’s LGBTQIA+ staff and PGR/PGT network, a trustee of Pride in STEM, and an award-winning author.
