Dr. Matthew Campen heads the cardiovascular toxicology laboratory in the department of pharmaceutical sciences at The University of New Mexico. His work focuses on understanding the cardiovascular health effects of inhaled pollutants. Campen holds a PhD in environmental health (2000) and an MSPH in environmental health (1997) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a BS in biochemistry (1994) from Virginia Tech.
