Michael McKinnon profile page

Mike McKinnon is a Senior Scientist II in the Biologics Research Center (BRC) at Novartis Biomedical Research in Cambridge, MA. Mike joined Novartis in 2010 and is currently working on structural characterization of molecules used and/or produced by NBC, including therapeutic proteins, antigens, ligands, tool proteins, and antibodies. He has experience in both small and large molecule analysis as well as automation of assays and analytics and uses that experience to develop methods (LC, HPLC, LC-MS, CE-MS) for special case samples/projects allowing project teams to make decisions faster and/or with more complete information. Prior to Novartis, Mike worked in a few smaller biotech’s and has more than 20 years’ experience in the Biopharmaceutical industry.
