Alderson leads the Donor and Transplantation Services, Laboratory operations, Patient Services, Cell Therapy and Lab Services and Cord Blood Programme. Alderson is passionate about continuous improvement and using analytics and technology to ensure Anthony Nolan is delivering the best it can for all its stakeholders to advance treatments for patients.
