Dr. Shaknovich is chief medical officer at Agilent Technologies, where she leads medical strategy and advances the development of diagnostic solutions, focusing on translating clinical science into scalable innovations for precision medicine. Prior to Agilent, she held senior leadership roles across diagnostics and translational medicine. At GRAIL (2018–2024), she served as vice president of medical affairs and clinical laboratories, where she led medical affairs strategy and clinical laboratory operations. Earlier, at Cancer Genetics Inc. (2015–2018), she was chief medical officer and group medical director, overseeing clinical, R&D, quality & regulatory, and investor relations functions, while driving diagnostic portfolio development and nationwide laboratory operations. She also held academic faculty positions at Weill Cornell Medical College (2008–2015), focusing on hematopathology, molecular pathology, and cancer genomics research, and at Albert Einstein College of Medicine (2004–2008), where she conducted translational research in pathology and laboratory sciences.
