Founding partner at Argobio and Entrepreneur in Residence, he has launched multiple biotech ventures, including Thesian and Unguard Therapeutics. He co-founded Adocia, where he served as chief business officer, and held senior roles at Avadel Pharmaceuticals and Cellnovo. Soula holds a PhD in chemistry, an executive MBA, and is a co-inventor of over 30 patent families.​
