Shah has held key roles across market access, patient services, commercial strategy and digital health, contributing to Otsuka’s overall digital strategy and building high-performing teams across functions. His leadership has transformed how Otsuka delivers impact for patients and partners across healthcare. Prior to Otsuka, Shah held leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, Anderson Consulting and Schering Plough. He holds an MBA and a BS in accounting from Rutgers University and is passionate about developing future leaders and driving change in healthcare.
