Steve Wood is a senior commercial manager with over 35 years of combined technical, marketing and sales experience in scientific instrumentation companies – supplying world-leading equipment to various governmental organizations and industries including first responders, customs and borders, defense, chemical, pharma, academia, environmental and food.

At Agilent Technologies, Steve currently leads a global team of sales professionals and collaborates strongly with the Raman spectroscopy product management team, leveraging deep technical and market knowledge to meet and exceed end user requirements. Steve has been involved in numerous high-impact projects, including for Agilent Technologies, within the airport security and customs and borders protection space. As a member of Counter-EO and CBRN UK ADS* special interest groups (industry/supply chain organizations collaborating with His Majesty’s government, British Army, security forces and first responders), Steve is at the forefront of threat detection needs and capabilities and remains committed to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
