Dr. S. Vincent Grasso is a Physician Executive and AI Systems Architect focused on transforming healthcare from insight-driven decision-making to fully autonomous, execution-ready systems. As Founder and CEO of Grasso & Co. Venture Studio, he leads the development of enterprise-scale platforms that integrate generative AI, multimodal reasoning, and robotic systems into governed, real-world operations. Trained in surgery at Mount Sinai and Yale, and a Medical Informatics Fellow at the NASA–Yale Commercial Space Center, Dr. Grasso brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and systems engineering to high-stakes environments. His work centers on designing closed-loop, agentic architectures that translate intent into action—enabling scalable, compliant, and continuously learning healthcare operations. He holds academic appointments as a Clinical Professor at Rowan-Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine and a Research Professor at the University of New Mexico.
