Virtual Classroom Training: Applied Deconvolution (NIST AMDIS)
Event Jun 09 - Jun 11, 2020
Live, Instructor-led virtual classroom training
This course provides practical guidance to help you understand how to use the Automated Mass Spectral Deconvolution and Identification System (AMDIS) software to make the most of your analytical resolution to perform deconvolution to process your GC-MS data.
This course has been approved by the Royal Society of Chemistry for purposes of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Attendees will learn about analytical resolution in mass spectrometry and how to operate the AMDIS software for the processing of complex spectra.
The course will cover using analytical resolution with mass spectral deconvolution to unravel your mixed mass spectra for confirmation or identification of your co-eluting peaks.
Attendees will gain practical experience in performing deconvolution along with various types of mass spectral deconvolution analysis in the AMDIS software including Simple, Retention Index and Internal standard methods and learn about the benefits of using AMDIS software for processing GC-MS data.
This is a LIVE virtual classroom course, with instructor-led practical exercises.
