SPE Disks for Rapid Analysis of Perfluorinated Compounds in Large Volumes of Water by LC-MS/MS
Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) are a family of molecules consisting of varying lengths of fluorocarbons chains with a functional group such as carboxylic or sulfonic acids attached. Perfluorinated compounds in water are usually analyzed either directly or concentrated using solid phase extraction (SPE).
