3DNA Array Detection

Read time: Less than a minute

Genisphere has entered into an agreement with Invitrogen under which Invitrogen will become the exclusive provider of miRNA microarray labeling kits using Genisphere 3DNA technology.

The new Invitrogen labeling system will be sold as part of the integrated NCode™ miRNA Profiling platform that will include the NCode™ miRNA Labeling System (MIRLS-20).

Genisphere will discontinue selling the Array 900miRNA Direct Kit, Catalog Numbers MDIR180, MDIR130, and MDIR140, as of December 30, 2005.

The NCode™ miRNA profiling platform from invitrogen enables sensitive profiling of miRNAs while using simple methods that provide both experienced and novice microarray users a rapid path to new discoveries. NCode™ permits researchers to study miRNA function by allowing researchers to profile the miRNA expression patterns in a given disease or developmental state.
