BlueGnome Ranked the Fastest Growing Biotechnology Company in the UK

BlueGnome’s continued growth has once again been recognized by The Deloitte Technology Fast 50, one of the UK’s foremost technology award programmes. For the second year running BlueGnome has been ranked the fastest growing biotechnology company in Cambridgeshire and is now the fastest growing biotechnology company in the UK and the 25th fastest growing company in the UK across all sectors.

Commenting on the award Nick Haan, CEO, said ‘This award recognizes BlueGnome’s ability to evolve as technologies for the investigation of genetic disease develop. We have a fantastic team at BlueGnome here in Cambridge and our office in the United States which enable us to achieve this level of sales growth, while also remaining profitable, even through times of recession and cut backs.’

The Fast 50 ranks the fastest growing technology companies in the UK based on percentage growth in revenues over five years. BlueGnome’s continuing growth is reflected in the company’s recent staff hires and growth in production capacity at their Cambridge headquarters.
