Five Japanese Pharmaceutical Companies License Ariadne Pathway Studio Enterprise

Read time: Less than a minute

Ariadne Genomics has announced that recently five Japanese Pharmaceutical companies have licensed its Pathway Studio Enterprise (formerly known as Pathway Expert) software from World Fusion, the Ariadne Enterprise Software distributor in Japan, as a primary tool for microarray, proteomics and other experimental data analysis.

“Our customers chose Pathway Studio Enterprise as an integrated tool for pathway research and high throughput data analysis. The Ariadne product was selected because it is easily deployed as an in-house centralized data and application server with user access via web and PC clients”, said Kozo Kawahara, President of World Fusion.

“Pharmaceutical companies prefer Ariadne product for its advanced data sharing and for the depth of content of the ResNet molecular biology reference database,” Kawahara continued.

“Pathway Studio Enterprise is a natural choice for pharmaceutical research organizations”, said Ilya Mazo, President of Ariadne, “because it comes with the enterprise class MedScan module. Therefore, all databases can be updated as often as daily with new information from PubMed and online full-text journals. Moreover, targeted custom databases for specific research areas can be created in 24-48 hours by processing the entire body of MEDLINE, full text journal subscriptions, and in-house text archives”.

World Fusion has been distributing Ariadne enterprise products in Japan since 2004.
