Metrohm Academy Opens its Doors

The Metrohm Academy can boast the latest laboratory equipment, presentation and translation technologies, and is open to Metrohm distributors and customers alike.
The Metrohm Academy’s facilities comprise two training laboratories with a combined floor area of 200 m2, three seminar rooms with combined seating for almost 50 people, a special room for service training, and an auditorium with about 100 seats. This last room allows international conferences to be held and is equipped with booths for up to three simultaneous interpreters.
The facilities of the Metrohm Academy will be used first and foremost for training the application chemists and service personnel from Metrohm’s distributors around the world. Moreover, the Metrohm Academy will also be open to customers, who will be given the opportunity to attend user trainings at all levels. At the Metrohm Academy, participants will be given the opportunity to discuss their questions directly with Metrohm’s research and development specialists.
Big corporate customers with laboratory operations on several continents will be able to host their training centrally in Herisau. Apart from the lower administrative cost, this has the advantage that the exchange of knowledge among colleagues can get underway and desired synergies will emerge. Such trainings will be precisely tailored to the needs of the respective customers.
