Nitrogen metabolism in Mycobacterium tuberculosis: a systems-based approach

Poster

Previous studies suggested that Mycobacterium tuberculosis obtains nitrogen from a diverse range of intracellular nutrients including amino acids. Here, we use a novel system’s based three-pronged approach to define pathways for uptake and assimilation of nitrogen.

Designing a Model to Explore Tau's Unfolded Protein Response

Poster

The purpose of this research is to design a cell model in which ER stress caused by tau accumulation can be generated, and then investigated for changes in different ER stress-associated proteins.

A New Method for Analyzing MSe/All Ions Fragmentation in Xenobiotic Metabolism Studies

Poster

During early drug discovery, the study of metabolism plays an essential role in determining which drug candidates move forward into development and later stages. As an alternative to traditional Data Dependent Acquisition (DDA), the use of MSE/All Ions Fragmentation (AIF) has become common in metabolite identification workflows for the analysis of metabolic hot spots. Here we present a solution for analysis of MSE/AlF in metID studies.
