PASEF Enhances the Speed, Sensitivity and Selectivity of Label-free Quantification
Poster Apr 05, 2019

Bruker
The Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation (PASEF) method enables faster acquisition of fragment ion spectra from isolated precursor ions, improving sensitivity without sacrificing spectral quality.
However, the volume of data that is generated and the addition of an extra separation dimension can constitute a challenge for the software.

- Enables identifications and label-free quantification from PASEF runs
- Enhances the speed, sensitivity and selectivity of label-free quantification
