The next generation of wearables or ‘mobile clothing’ have to address the new concepts and messages of our changing society, and adapt to the needs and expectations of the user and to the new digital reality. Printed electronics technologies and the world of smart fabrics, will partly account for these disruptive wearable solutions.
Printed Electronics allow the creation of new and innovative functionalized textile products, in the demanding and highly specialized world of Medical Devices. The main aim of this whole new sector is to produce wearable, conformable, flexible and low-cost textile-based devices bringing innovative solutions to different markets.
