Ultrafast Determination of the Stability of siRNA Complexes in Serum at the Nanomolar Level
Summary
Development of siRNA carriers for in vivo use is an issue, since known in vitro carriers lose their efficacy in vivo, due to poor complex-stability in serum. This complex-stability is difficult to quantify at nanomolar levels, realistic in vivo. Therefore, we developped a fast and sensitive method for this purpose.
