The new BioSpa™ 8 Automated Incubator maintains and monitors the perfect environment for long-term live cell assays. BioSpa 8 links BioTek readers or imagers together with washers and dispensers for full workflow automation and scheduling of assays in microplates and other labware. Plate lid handling minimizes manual interventions, and the BioSpa software controls and monitors temperature, CO2/O2 and humidity levels. BioSpa is ideal for long-term live cell assays, including 3D cell studies, and temperature sensitive and controlled environment biochemical assays.
Award-winning Cytation™ 5 Cell Imaging Multi-Mode Reader combines automated digital microscopy and conventional multi-mode microplate detection in a modular, upgradable platform for data-rich qualitative and quantitative data in one compact footprint. Microscopy includes fluorescence, brightfield, color brightfield and phase contrast up to 60x, while reading features patented Hybrid Technology™; combining filter- and monochromator-based detection for unmatched assay versatility. Additional features facilitate live-cell assays.
BioTek’s fastest, highest-performing reader, the Synergy™ Neo2 Multi-Mode Reader, also incorporates Hybrid Technology along with up to four PMTs for ultra-fast, high-quality results. Live cell assay support is also provided, along with direct bottom illumination to optimize detection.
