BudgetSensors® Launches the BS-Gold Series
BudgetSensors® has announced the launch of a product type – the BS-Gold Series. The BS-Gold Series are silicon AFM probes for Tapping Mode, Force Modulation Mode and Contact Mode, covered with a 70 nm thick gold coating.
The gold coating is available in two options: as a reflexive coating only on the back side of the cantilever, or as an overall coating, covering front- and backside of the cantilever.
This gold coating is designed to enhance the laser reflectivity of each AFM probe and is suitable for various special applications.
