The new TargetAmp™ 1-Round Biotin-aRNA Amplification Kit 105 from EPICENTRE has been designed to produce biotin-aRNA from as little as 25 ng of total RNA.
The labeled RNA yields high-quality results on Affymetrix® GeneChip™ arrays as judged by signal intensity and Present Calls. A simple, 6-hour reaction lets the user begin hybridization the same day.
