Protein Technologies, Inc. has announced that the 96-channel Overture™ is now the first commercially available robotic peptide library synthesizer to offer preactivation!

With the preactivation option, up to 48 channels may be used as preactivation chambers for the remaining 48 reactors.

Coupling solution from the preactivation cell transfers in seconds! This new innovation allows the Overture™ to synthesize up to 48 peptides in parallel with preactivation, or up to 96 peptides in parallel using in situ activation!
