Method for Essential Oil Determination in Juice in 1 Minute

Learn how to use steam distillation to determine essential oils in juice🥤 in less than 1 minute. See the process for analysis of D-Limonene levels, as the major constituent of citrus essential oils, and an appropriate quality indicator. The method shown is compliant to IFU method No. 45 and AOAC 968.20. The steam distillation process includes these steps:
