In a COVID-19 special of Teach Me in 10, we're joined by Dr Clare Paterson, senior clinical R&D scientist at SomaLogic, who is currently working on using "omics" approaches to understand the biology of SARS-CoV-2. This work aims to identify biomarkers and predictive outcomes of COVID-19 infections.

In this talk, Clare eloquently explains to us why, despite being incredibly important in understanding the biology of COVID-19, genetics is only part of the story. What can other "omics" approaches that are complementary to genomics also teach us?
